1. How long does delivery take?

We deliver across Morocco within 24 to 48 hours through our logistics partner El Ghazala.

2. What are the payment methods?

We accept advance payment only via:

  • Bank transfer

  • Cash transfer services: WafaCash, Barid Cash, etc.

3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

No, we do not offer COD. All orders must be paid before shipping.

4. Can I return an item?

Yes, you can return your item within 5 days of receiving it, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Refunds are processed via bank transfer.
