CueShop Official Store â Return Policy (5 Days)

You have 5Â days from delivery to request a return. Items must be new, unused, and in the original packaging with all accessories. Proof of purchase is required. Non-compliant returns may be refused or subject to a restocking fee (up to 15%).
Non-returnable: customized items, installed tips, chalked/used cues, opened chalk, gift cards, and marked final-sale items.
Damaged/Defective on Arrival: Contact Contact@cueshopofficialstore.com with photos/videos within 48h. We offer an exchange or full refund once confirmed.
How to return:

Email Contact@cueshopofficialstore.com (order #, reason, photos).

Receive RMA and return address (Casablanca, Morocco).

Pack securely (rigid tube recommended for cues).

Ship with tracking; return shipping is paid by the customer (unless defect confirmed).
Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5â10 business days after inspection. Since we only accept advance payments (no COD), refunds are processed by bank transfer to the customerâs account.
Exchanges: possible for weight/size mismatch, subject to stock.
